Pansie Walker’s journey into the world of baking began four decades ago in a high school home economics class, where a simple passion for blending flavors and decorating quickly transformed into a lifelong calling.
Established in 1995, Pansies Cakes is the realization of Pansie’s vision: a bakery built on integrity, incredible craftsmanship, and rich, consistent flavors. Over her 40-year career, Pansie has mastered everything from elaborate, multi-tiered wedding centerpieces to her signature flagship offering—authentic Jamaican fruit (rum) cake made fresh year-round and shipped across the country.
